How do I pay?

When you checkout you will be taken securely to the paypal website to make payment


What if I havent got a Paypal account?

Dont worry Paypal takes all major credit and debit cards without creating an account


When will my order be sent?

we dispatch Monday, Wednesday and Friday


How will my order be sent

your order will be carefully packed and sent via Royal Mail first class


I cant see a design I want, can I have a custom order?

if you contact us via messenger, email or facebook, we can create a custom design for you


What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us asap andd we will get a replacement out to you straight away


What if I need to cancel my order?

if you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as you can, so we can refund you,
unfortunately, if the order has been cut and dispatched, we cannot refund unless there is a fault with the order


What are the toppers made of?

all our toppers are made from high quality 3mm gloss acrylic


Can my topper have more than one colour?

Unfortunately not, the toppers are made from one single piece of acrylic


I dont want a name on my topper, Is that possible?

if you contact us via the messenger service we can do the topper without a name
